Return Policy
Ctekdirect offers a 30-day Return Policy on all new products sold on Ctekdirect with the exceptions and exclusions as listed in this section. To return a product the customer must first obtain an RMA form by emailing service@ctekdirect.com with the subject line RMA. The form will be returned to the customer by email. The customer completes the form, includes it in the shipping container, and returns the product to the address specified on the RMA form.
Returns – Exceptions and Exclusions
1) Products that are physically damaged, products that have been modified, or products that show signs of abuse are not eligible for a refund.
2) If the product being returned is a wireless device the customer is solely responsible for transferring or deactivating the wireless account assigned to the device.
3) Products that are returned without some or all of the supplied accessories may not be eligible for a refund or may at Ctekdirect’s sole discretion receive a refund calculated on a pro rata basis.
4) Products that are shipped in hermetically sealed packaging, e.g. semiconductors are not eligible for a refund if the hermetically sealed packaging has been opened.
